Our Coach Your Brains Out<\/a> book is now available on Amazon. (It’s also on Barnes and Noble<\/a> if you’re into that kind of thing.) Our release came during the AVP Seattle, so we were able to promote it on the Amazon Prime set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
